Information
about the tour:

We are heading to the magical land of trolls and enchanting landscapes — Norway! Majestic fjords, fantastic nature, and incredible panoramas await us. We will sail on a boat and admire the view of the Geirangerfjord, drive along the famous “Troll Road” and “Snow Road,” and stroll through the cozy streets of Ålesund – the most beautiful city in Norway. We will face a unique challenging yet unforgettable ascent to the mountain Skjeggedal, where the famous rock “Troll's Tongue” is located. Additionally, we will visit the best viewpoints, numerous diverse waterfalls, and the cold beauty of the Jostedalsbreen glacier. Overnight stays in campgrounds in the heart of nature, barbecues with salmon steaks by the fjord shores, and all this in enchanting Norway! We will have a maximally rich and interesting route with plenty of viewpoints, beautiful waterfalls, and stunning landscapes. The route will follow the national tourist road Hardanger and the Aurlandsdalen valley, known as the “Norwegian Grand Canyon.” Our program is well thought out, and we will not have very long transfers. This trip will not include difficult hikes or exhausting treks. If you love long treks and walking a lot, then our route from Bergen to Stavanger will suit you. To ensure our acquaintance with one of the most beautiful countries in the world is comfortable, we will travel through Norway in trailers – “houses on wheels” or campers, as they are also called.

CONSULTATION
Day 1

Arrival at Bergen airport during the day. Meeting the group at the airport (arrival time is coordinated with the organizers).
We buy groceries at the supermarket and head out for a walk in the city of Bergen.
Bergen is the second largest city in Norway and the former capital of the country. Today, it is the largest wooden city in Europe, surrounded by mountains and fjords. Bergen is included in the UNESCO World Heritage list. We will stroll along the old waterfront, visit the fish market, and see the Bryggen district, where the old colorful houses are located. We will take the funicular up Mount Fløyen to admire the panoramic view of the city from a bird's eye perspective.
Transfer to the campsite for the night.

Day 2

We have breakfast and set off on the road. Our route will take us along the national road Hardanger, which is a landmark in itself. Incredible landscapes, viewpoints, mountain lakes, mountains, and waterfalls await us.
We will make a stop by two waterfalls – Bridal Veil and Steinsdalsfossen. Steinsdalsfossen is one of the most visited and photographed waterfalls in Norway. Inside it, there is a bridge that tourists can walk on, observing the powerful flow of water.
After lunch, we will cross the Hardangerfjord by ferry and head to a campsite by the lake in the town of Odda.
Tonight we will go to bed early to rest before the hike to "Troll's Tongue".

Day 3

Today we are in for the most challenging, intense, and unforgettable trek to the Trolltunga rock or "Troll's Tongue".
The famous rock dramatically hangs over the Ringedalsvatnet mountain lake. From the top, there is a fantastic view – a reward for everyone who managed to overcome 11 km of rugged terrain. The ascent takes about 5-6 hours. And here you are, standing on the "Troll's Tongue", enjoying the surrounding landscapes and realizing that reality is much more beautiful than all the stories and photos related to this place. Now you can be proud of yourself!
In the evening, we will have a barbecue party at the campsite to celebrate today's ascent.
Those who do not want to go on the trek can stay at the campsite and take a walk in the town.

Day 4

After the challenging ascent to “Troll's Tongue,” we will take a break from activities and enjoy the beautiful views and observation points along our route.
We will drive along one of the most picturesque roads in Norway, the Aurlandsdalen valley, known as the “Norwegian Grand Canyon.” We will stop at the Stegastein viewpoint, which offers an incredible view of the entire Aurlandsvangen valley and Aurlandsfjord.
Stegastein is a platform 4 meters wide, located above the fjord at a height of 650 meters. The platform is over 30 meters long and ends with a steep drop covered by a barely noticeable glass panel. The platform has received numerous awards for its brilliant architecture.
After lunch, we will travel along the tourist route that the locals call the “Snow Road.” This road is aptly named. Even in the height of summer, you can see snowdrifts several meters high along the road!

Day 5

After breakfast, we will embark on a short trek to one of the arms of the Jostedalsbreen glacier, which is the largest glacier in mainland Europe. Looking at the huge blocks of blue ice carving their way between the steep cliffs, one can feel the full power and might of nature. Unfortunately, this enormous millennia-old glacier is shrinking every year, and future generations may no longer see this wonder of nature.
Transfer to Geirangerfjord. Along the way, we will visit several viewpoints that offer a wonderful view of the fjord.

Day 6

We start our day in a very picturesque campsite and set off to explore one of the most spectacular places on our planet. Geiranger is a fjord that is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site.
This emerald fjord is surrounded by majestic mountains with snow-capped peaks and waterfalls. The most famous of the local waterfalls are the "Seven Sisters," "The Bride," and "The Bridal Veil." We will rent a small boat and, navigating among the huge cruise liners, will view the fjord from the water.
After lunch, we will drive along the scenic "Eagle Road," at the top of which there is a viewpoint with a stunning view of the Geiranger fjord.

Day 7

Today our route will take us along the national tourist road Trollstigen – one of the most challenging and, at the same time, most beautiful roads in the world. The harsh landscapes of Scandinavia, steep descents and ascents – this is exactly why travelers from all over the world come here. The Troll Road is a harmony of nature and architecture. Although the route is man-made, it fits very organically into the local landscapes.
Next, our path will lead us to Western Norway, to the cozy town and the largest fishing center in the country – Ålesund. The Norwegians themselves have recognized Ålesund as one of the most beautiful cities in the country. In 1904, the city was completely burned down during a fire, but it was fully rebuilt in the fashionable Art Nouveau style of that time. The fjords surrounding the city add even more charm to this place. We will stroll along the waterfront and head to catch our last sunset in Norway at Mount Aksla, from which there is a wonderful view of the city and its surroundings.
Transfer to the campsite. Cleaning the cars and packing up. To conclude the day, a farewell dinner in this incredible northern country.

Day 8

We have breakfast and head to the airport. We say goodbye to the fairy-tale Norway and fly home.
